Shipping Policy
I offer worldwide shipping. Within Canada I offer free shipping for minimum purchases of $40 to Yukon, $100 to B.C., Alberta and Saskatchewan, and $200 to all other provinces and territories.
Insurance: With Free or Flat Rate shipping the customer does not have the option to buy insurance, but I may do so to cover damage or loss. For an approved claim I would receive any reimbursement for the claim at which time I would send any monies owing back to the customer. But using the real-time Canada Post rates the customer may at the checkout choose the optional Easypost insurance. Please note this is the only insurance option with real-time rates and if you choose not to purchase it and there is cause for claim from the carrier there is nothing either of us can do about it.
*IMPORTANT* We cannot control nor are we responsible for any extra duty charges for items shipped internationally. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ascertain these charges, if applicable, for their respective countries.
Refund Policy
A refund may be issued in part or in whole depending on the individual circumstance. Please contact me within 3 business days upon receiving your item stating the reason for your refund request. If there is a claim of damage to the item I may need photographs of the item and shipping box it came in. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable but may be on a case by case basis.
Return Policy
Returns must be initiated within 7 business days. After a mutually agreed upon term your item can be shipped back to me in the original packaging and at your own cost unless it was determined to be neglect on my part. If the item was received damaged please contact me immediately.
