Shipping Policy
I ship to all corners of the globe. Free shipping within Alberta and B.C. and shipping costs to other parts of Canada and the world are according to real-time rates from Canada Post.
Shipping time will take place within 3 - 5 business days from your purchase date.
Refund Policy
Full refunds less the shipping costs are given for art that you purchase directly from my store. If you requested something special or custom you may be entitled to a refund if it is something I could sell to someone else. If this is not the case then no refund will be given.
Return Policy
Returns can be initiated within 7 days upon receipt of your purchase by replying to your purchase email with your request, or if you are a registered customer then you can use the support function in orders tab. The refund will take place once the artwork has been received in good order by me so it is important to send it back in the original packaging material. Be aware that return shipping is at your expense.
